Noah’s
Park Retreat was a grooming boarding and veterinary care facility that was owned and operated by Goshen residents Rebecca Vives and Diana McGowan since 1988. In 2010 Vives and McGowan, who had been acquiring and caring for dozens of small animals over the years, decided to establish a not-for-profit charitable organization and transform their personal passion into a destination that could be shared with the local community and beyond.
